Yet most conflict originates within individuals as an inner disturbance —a moral unease produced by competing responsibilities, pressures, or values. Dharma and A Loving Organization (ALO) together offer a path to understanding and transforming this tension. In this framework, Dharma represents the universal principle of right alignment —a harmony between one’s role, intention, and the reality of the situation.
